Structure
Statewide councils and coordinators
DEEPER involves principals, teachers and academic partners across Maharashtra — from governing council to district committees — so exams run smoothly everywhere.
2. Governing Council
Founder members and regionally appointed persons who steer society operations, with representation from Executive Council, Academic Council and coordinator committees.
3. Executive Council
Working / retired members (below age 75) involved in regional operations on behalf of the Governing Council — typically 11 to 21 members drawn with Academic Council and Divisional Coordinators.
4. Academic Council
Academic experts with at least 10 years’ teaching experience at junior or senior college level, active in CET work through colleges or private institutions — typically 15+ members.
5. Divisional Coordinators Committee
Committee of Divisional Coordinators (about 9–11 members). One member is nominated to the Governing Council and heads this committee.
6. District Coordinators Committee
Committee of District Coordinators. One member is nominated to the Governing Council and heads this committee.
7. District Committee
Formed by taluka representatives of each district, headed by the District Coordinator — the local engine for centres, outreach and exam-day coordination.
“Society” means a society registered under the B.P.T. Act 1950 and the Societies Registration Act 1860.
