Even as Harish Butle aims to take both DEEPER, SIR Foundation and Saad Manuskichi Foundation from strength to strength, the edifice of his work is based on his two and half decade long stint as teacher, educational counselor and noted social worker. These roles equip him to truly grasp the student’s concerns, hopes and aspirations. He is also the Founder-President of the Mahaparents, the pressure group formed by parents, against malpractices in the educational field.
DEEPER is a self-reliant NGO working in the field of education to conduct Mock Tests of National (NEET / JEE- Main) and State (MHT-CET) Level entrance exams for the last 18 years. This organization includes Principals, Teachers, and education activists. Students appearing for these exams have secured state topper ranks 15 times, and since NEET’s inception, DEEPER has produced a hat-trick of state toppers. Saad Manuskichi Foundation is a Section 8 company engaged in inclusive rural development through the project SAAD GRAM. It involves Gram Panchayats, villagers, NGOs, experts, donors, and public participation. The foundation implements government schemes effectively through collaboration with Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti. Started from Harish Butle's own village, it has now reached 16 villages. Before founding DEEPER and SIR Foundation, Harish Butle successfully ran Shraddha Classes (1992–2004), a highly successful CET coaching brand with 42 centers across Maharashtra. He also established Shraddha Publications Pvt. Ltd for educational publishing.
Mr. Butle believes in fair, excellent, and reasonable quality education as a fundamental right. A student of Pune’s COEP, he is supported by his wife Dr. Rohini Butle in their shared mission.
